How long does delivery take? 
Current estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days. 

What are the costs for delivery? 

Free shipping for purchases over 50 EUR.  

Can I cancel my order? 

We start processing your order as soon as you finalise your purchase, which means we cannot either cancel or change the delivery address. In that case you will have to request a return.

What should I do when I received a wrong item?

You should return the item, once we receive your return to our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation of the parcel, after this within 10 days we will refund to your original payment method.
