Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them.
When can I make a return request?
You can make a return request for one or more orders within 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
Can I exchange my products?
We don’t have an exchange service. If you would like to exchange any item, the only way you can do is, to place a new order. Any item can be returned within 10 days after you’ve received the order. Once we receive your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation and you’ll be refunded within 10 working days.
How much does cost to return my order?
The customer is responsible for return shipping cost. However, Ollynda is responsible for the return shipping costs only in case of faulty or incorrect products.
How should I prepare the package with my return?
Place the product in its original packaging (both the manufacturer’s packaging and the packaging the item(s) arrived in, remove any old shipping labels, place the print-out of the return authorization that you received via email inside the package.
How will I be informed that my return has been processed?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
